Returns & Exchanges

At Vibe Custom Shirts, we want you to love your custom gear; if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that since each piece is custom-made, returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or sizing issues.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn shirts in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new custom replacement within 5-7 business days.
